Returns & Refunds+

30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. The required condition depends on the product.

Consoles, controllers and accessories

Return the item within 30 days in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. It may have been unboxed and tested to check whether it suits you. It must be clean and undamaged.

Restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in their proper condition.

Factory-sealed products

Products sold as sealed packs must be returned unopened, with any factory seal intact, in their original packaging. Neither condition affects your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

How to start a return

Email support@shopconsolenest.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to show it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not the product you ordered, contact us with photos. We replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid, and cover return shipping.

Compatibility

Compatibility on each product page reflects the product manufacturer’s information. If you ordered something incompatible with your console and the pack is unopened, it falls under the 30-day return policy. If our page stated incorrect compatibility, we cover the return in full.

Shipping Policy+

Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. If an order will take longer than 10 business days, we email you before it ships so you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The full total, including shipping and taxes, is shown before you confirm the order.

Large items

Large consoles and gaming bundles have shipping rates based on their weight, dimensions and destination. The full amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Transport restrictions

Items subject to carrier restrictions may ship by ground transport in line with the carrier’s rules. This does not change the 7–10 business day window for domestic orders.

Order changes and incorrect addresses

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order, or correct an address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

Delays outside our control

Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can extend delivery beyond 7–10 business days. We keep you updated by email.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will replace it or refund you in full.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing addresses, phone number and order details. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store them.

We share information with Shopify, which hosts this store, our payment processor and the carrier delivering your parcel. We do not sell your personal information.

Read the manufacturer’s manual before first use. Do not modify the console or use a damaged cord, plug or charger. Check the product’s stated power requirements and use compatible accessories as directed by the manufacturer.

Product care

Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning and care instructions. Keep liquids away from consoles, controllers and electrical accessories. If you are unsure whether an accessory is compatible with your console, ask us before use.

Manufacturer warranty

Using third-party accessories may affect your console’s warranty, depending on the manufacturer’s terms. This is a matter between you and the manufacturer. We cannot advise on another company’s warranty terms.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in USD and may change. If an item is out of stock or priced in error after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund. We do not charge a different price without asking first.

Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent or we cannot ship to the address given. If payment has been taken, we refund it in full.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.
